Return policy 

 We’re all about making sure our customers love their pieces. If you’re not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please email our customer service department at info@dosmiltres.com with your concerns or fill in the questionnaire below. Our customer service team will answer your return request within 1-5 business days and provide further instructions. Please allow an additional 1-5 business days for us to process your return upon receipt.

  •  Window: All returns must be initiated within ten days from the delivery date

  • Item Condition: Each Dosmiltres item must be returned in its original condition and original Dosmiltres packaging.

  • Sale Items: Jewelry on sale is not eligible for return or refund.

  • Shipping Costs: The client is responsible for all shipping costs associated with the return.

  • Submit Return Request: Contact our customer service at info@dosmiltres.com or fill in the questionnaire below.

  • Evaluation: Our team will evaluate your return request within 1-5 business days.

  • Approval and Instructions: If approved, you will receive further instructions for returning the item.

  • Processing Time: Please allow 1-5 business days for us to process your return upon receipt of the item.

  • Refund: Once your return is approved and processed, you will receive a refund in the form of your original payment method.

Quality Assurance

  • Initial Check: We check all merchandise for defects and damage before shipment.

  • Customer Responsibility: The buyer must review the product upon arrival to ensure it is free of imperfections. Dosmiltres will not accept damaged goods due to the buyer’s negligence for a refund. Exceptions may apply.

Incorrect Shipping Address

  • Customer Responsibility: The customer is responsible for providing the correct shipping address.

  • Correction Before Processing: If an incorrect shipping address is provided, please contact us immediately to correct it before processing the order.

  • Processed Orders: If the order is processed and shipped to an incorrect address due to customer negligence, the package will be sent back to our offices. The customer is responsible for providing a correct address and return shipping costs. If the customer does not provide a correct address and pay for return shipping costs within 1-5 business days of the package arriving back at our offices, a refund will be issued to the original payment method (excluding the original shipping cost).

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Goods

  • Carrier Responsibility: We are NOT responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. Once the package is shipped, it is the carrier’s responsibility.

  • Customer Action: If your package is lost, stolen, or damaged, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.
