We’re all about making sure our customers love their pieces; consequently, if you’re not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please email our customer service department at email@example.com with your concerns or fill in the questionnaire below. Our customer service team will answer your return request within 1-5 business days, and our team will provide further instructions. Also, please allow 1-5 business days for us to process your return upon receipt.
All returns must happen within ten days from the delivery date, and each Dosmiltres item must return each item in its original condition and original Dosmiltres packaging.
Once your return request is evaluated and approved, you will receive a refund the form of your original payment method.
Jewelry on sale does not apply.
The client is responsible for all shipping costs.
Although we check all merchandise for defects and damage before shipment, the buyer must review the product upon arrival to ensure it is free of imperfections. Dosmiltres will not accept damaged goods due to the buyer’s negligence for a refund. Exceptions may apply.
INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS
The customer is responsible for providing the correct shipping address. If an incorrect shipping address is provided, please contact us immediately in order for us to correct it before processing the order. If the order is processed and shipped to an incorrect address, due to customer negligence, the package will be sent back to our offices and the customer is responsible for providing a correct address and responsible for return shipping costs. If the customer does not provide a correct shipping address and does not pay for return shipping costs, within 1-5 business days of the package arriving back to our offices, a refund will be issued to the original payment method (excluding the original shipping cost).
LOST, STOLEN OR DAMAGED GOODS
. We are NOT responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages. After the package is shipped it is the carrier responsibility not ours.
